About the Site

The Site provides general information about our Tampa Bay automation agency and a way to inquire about custom software, AI integrations, workflow automation, operations portals, and phone systems. Content on the Site is for information only. It is not a proposal, bid, or binding offer.

Client work is separate. Any project, deliverable, timeline, fee, or confidentiality obligation is governed only by a written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. These Terms do not create a client engagement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that breaks applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive scale, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through forms or other contact channels.
• Use the Site to spam, harass, or distribute malware.

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these rules are violated.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by KEEL AUTOMATION LLC or its licensors. You may view and share links to public pages for legitimate media or business inquiry purposes. You may not copy, modify, or reuse Site materials for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except for fair use or other rights that cannot be waived under law.

Official logo use for press follows our Press Kit guidance when published. Do not invent or alter marks.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Descriptions of services are general. Past examples or capabilities described on the Site do not guarantee similar results for any future engagement.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEEL AUTOMATION LLC AND ITS OWNER, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law. Separate client contracts may set different terms for paid work.

The Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site is the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
