Keel Automation LLC builds operations portals, workflow automation, and AI integrations for businesses that already bought the software and still run the day out of a group text. Founded and run by Cole Junck.
Cole builds the systems, answers the phone, and signs the invoice. Keel is deliberately small: one accountable person, a modern stack, and a habit of running the company on the same tools it ships to clients.

Keel started with a pattern we kept seeing in Tampa Bay shops: a good business, paid-for software, and a crew still re-typing the same job into three places. The CRM did not know what accounting knew. The phone did not know either of them. Status lived in whoever answered last.
The fix is not another app. It is a portal that sits on top of what you already run, connected by integrations that stay true after go-live, with AI used only where it removes busywork. We build that, and then we operate it, so the integrations do not rot the week after launch.
We hold ourselves to the same standard. The Keel Hub, the client portal, and our own phone line are built on the exact stack we deliver. If it breaks, we feel it before you do.

Connect what you already bought
Most shops do not need new software. They need the CRM, the accounting tool, the scheduler, and the phone to agree. We start there.
The crew is the user
If the person on the floor will not open it every morning, it is not done. We design for the field first and the owner second.
Security is a default, not a tier
Row-level security on every table, MFA on internal access, secrets server-side, every destructive action audited. On every build, including our own.
