The problem
Running an agency meant a CRM, an accounting tool, a project tracker, a shared inbox, and a phone app that never agreed. Status lived in whoever answered last. We were the exact shop we sell to.
What we built
- Role-scoped dashboard: owner sees margins and payables, staff see projects and tasks
- CRM with contacts, companies, deals, and inbound leads landing automatically from the website
- Invoicing with Stripe and payment status next to the project it belongs to
- Quo phone and SMS wired in so calls and texts attach to the right contact
- AI assistant (Anthropic) with tool calls that read and write through the same audited server actions
- GitHub, Gmail, and Supabase snapshot syncs so client repos and databases are mirrored read-only
